The Sondering community invites you to join us for Southwest Flow Fest, the southwest United States’ only festival focused on educating, empowering and growing the Flow Arts community.
In partnership with the nation’s leaders in Flow Arts performance, education and flow prop manufacturing, the Southwest Flow Fest schedule is packed with three full days of opportunities to hone your craft, experiment, interact with compatible humans, move your body, heal, grow and contribute to the expansion of collective consciousness.
With dozens of workshops and performances crafted around yoga, aerial, poi, circus, fire performance and general badassery to choose from, SWFF offers growth opportunities for everyone from the flow-curious to master performers.
